Stats surprise

I have been hovering around 30K hits per month for the last several months, until last month, when it jumped up to 81,902. I’m guessing it’s because of the plugins; maybe it’s time to revamp my pages about my plugins to make them look a little better. I’ve been wanting to group them all together and put a better, more consistent presentation on them, so I guess I will have to find the time to do that.

Does the tagboard refreashing have anything to do with it? You counting hits or page views?

    How many users?

I am about 20k and 5k. Although I deleted all my records before June 3rd so I can’t really do any real analysis since I *was* getting a lot of traffic for the gallery integration and the theme traffic has died a lot.

SK2 is working fine for me right now, and I’d really rather not use a solution that requires me to send every comment in my blog through someone else’s service, for several reasons: namely performance and the potential for other uses by the organizations processing it.
