Remember the good old days when you may have considered all of America a “free speech zone”? Well, here’s a great article on one of the “accomplishments” of the current administration that attempts to correct that apparent flaw in the fundamental understanding of democracy (seems like the definition of that word is pretty flexible these days, eh?). Perhaps along with that amendment to prevent gay marriage they’ll sneak in another to do away with those other pesky ones we refer to as the Bill of Rights, (except of course for the 2nd - words are much more dangerous than guns). So remember this the next time you feel like expressing an independent thought; you may want to be sure that you’re securely caged in a chain link fence - for your own safety and that of the nation, of course.
