I just caught the last half of “the Apprentice” tonight, and saw another shining example of why Donald Trump’s businesses are going under. There was one guy and two girls in the “boardroom”, and the girls are sitting there having a yelling match back and forth with each other, while every once in a while the guy (Andy) tries to interject a rational thought, at which point the girl he was putting down just started shouting and talking over him again. Being the pompous bafoon that he is, Trump decided that this meant Andy had been “out-debated” and fired him. What an idiot.

I agree, we just finished watching it and I too liked Andy. But the tip money that he gave the design crew was astonishing and just plain ignorant, I couldnt image giving a tip to a professional as insentive.
In the board room,
He should have just raised his voice and grabbed there attention, he should have known this as a debate champion. I think what he was doing was just let the two chicks go at it because 1 it was entertaining and most importantly he felt no threat, since Sandy had been ripped earlier and right when they walked into the final board room Barbie was being questioned. I just think he thought if I just keep my mouth shut I cant go wrong and I will be safe.
About Trump, I don’t want to back him up in anyway but for being such a business mogul he is just keeping up with the leaders of the nation and being as corrupt as they let him be. The Bankruptcy is a win win for Trumped.
But that’s my point; in a real debate, there is a back and forth where you speak, then you respectfully allow the other person to respond. You don’t interrupt and talk over someone who is trying to make a point. The big T should have never let it degrade into a unprofessional yelling match in the first place. That’s not a debate, and therefore he wasn’t “outdebated”. I didn’t see the rest of the show before that, so maybe he did deserve to be fired for something else, but the reason Trump gave was that he was “outdebated”.

I have been watching the entire show for the last few weeks . Andy was worthy of getting fired more than Sandy .Granted ,last night she did not do well in presenting to the large suprise audience.
Sandy has been consistently winning until last night . She was really the force behind a bridal store episode . Her team brought in $ 12,000 in one evening due maninly to her , the other team brought in $ 1000. She also was the PM on a ” fix and flip ” a house show that won over the other team who had a self proclaimed ” real estate expert ” - Raj . Obviously I am a big fan of Sandy.
Andy just didnt cut it on this project and in many others and in the boardroom . The world bottle idea was a flop . The Pepsi marketing people started to laugh , not a good sign when you are pitching your idea .
The design marketing team at any major company is not going to be swayed or led around because some one can debate or present well.
The idea was not as good as the other teams .
Andy actually tipped some pepsi execs in the design team and then withheld food from them , not very professional and could have been a violation of Pepsi company policy . I think because of the circumstances of the cameras and being trumps show the pepsi employees restrained themselves from kicking him out of the room .
Andy did do a good job on one project that was to promote the NY Police dept. But I think he had been constantly failing at many tasks and deserved to get fired . Or maybe Jen should have been fired , she seems to lay low and not really try to do much other than present others ideas .
I have been in meetings like the boardroom and it can be rough . People are out there to steal your credit and ideas . It gets emotional . He said so many times to andy that he should be fired . And Andy had been in the boardroom many times for different things.
I think andy , jen and ivana are on trumps watch /hit list to fire . And this was just a good opportunity and the arguing moved him to do it . Someone had to go and I would have fired jen or andy lat night .
