The scan came back and found that he has a kidney stone, which is kind of a relief. Even though it’s really painful, at least it’s not that dangerous. They are calling the doctor we worked with down at Cedars for the last thing to see how we should proceed. Christian is feeling OK right now (sleeping actually) since they got him on the medication.

I think Christian needs to get some sort of medal, like a purple star or a medal of honor.
Was the kidney stone caused by his other thing? If they are not related Christian’s got some tough luck. If you need anything let us know, Kristen is pretty much free through the week.
Isn’t she kind of busy with the whole getting ready to have a baby thing?
Thanks for the update. We were praying. Yeah, what causes kidney stones? Dan says stress.
Will they keep him on meds still it “passes?”
I guess we can finally find out offically if kidney stones are as bad as having a baby. But, then I guess Christian doesn’t have that to compare it with. Maybe you, Jared could compare his actions and responses to Martha’s during childbirth.
But seriously, we’re very glad it wasn’t appendicitis, which would have meant another surgery and another several days recovery, and that’s only if i didn’t burst. On the other hand, I know ya’ll have had a very rough time. We all are covering the whole family with prayer, and God WILL bring you through.
Don’t forget the cranberry juice! Everyone from The Worship Center sends their love. Even Yonny and Ruth Larring were very concerned.
I’ve been way out of the loop. Sorry to hear about Christian facing yet another trial. I always thought kidney stones were caused by mineral build-up, Sara. Supposedy they’re excrutiating to pass. I agree, he does deserve a medal. So do Martha and Jared. Lots of love and prayers coming your way.
I hope christian gets well soon.
