I know where you are talking about, a public park doesn’t allow dumping. I think it’s posted, even the one way back in there.

The place I’m referring to is open to the public and allows trash disposal in their receptacles, there’s just a lot of them and they aren’t used very frequently; nothing illegal going on.

legality is decided by the courts. if there hasn’t been a ruling on your dumpster, it’s up for debate. that said, even if it’s legal, there could be liabilities involved and you could still get sued.

Depends on where you’re doing it; the place I’m thinking of isn’t actually a dumpster, and I’m pretty sure it isn’t actually illegal.

Yes, last time I actually found a really good spot which I’m pretty sure will always have a lot of room, so I’ll have to carefully guard that secret so it doesn’t become overused.

That doesn’t work too well for us, with this big of a volume of stuff to get rid of and the fact that our trash barrel is usually full every week already.

We usually either end up either getting a dumpster (which isn’t to bad, pricewise) or taking it in the middle of the night to various unlocked dumpsters around the city.

or parse it over the course of months, adding just a few pieces per week to your trash barrel.
