		<description>lisa and i are toying with the idea of exercising 300 days a year.  that way you can get sick and not have to worry about getting back on track or catching up.</description>

		<description>That's cool. I started up a six week plan for lifting weights last week. It's tough to wake up at 545 three days a week but it's good to know I'll be in better shape (stronger) in not too long.

Hopefully I'll continue it but supplement 1-2 days of cardio.</description>
