Heard an interesting theory by Leo on TWIT the other day possibly explaining why Apple seemed to initially hesitate in filing suit against Psystar; specifically, if they (by some miracle) loose the Psystar case, the floodgates may open and they could be forced to license the OS separately from the hardware. I wonder if Gates can send over a few good lawyers and some cash to lend poor old Psystar a hand. :-)
